    (Associate Professor)

Carlos Cevallos is an associate professor in the department of Mechanical Engineering of the National Polytechnic School since 2017. His interest areas are related with the study of biomechanics systems in order to solve problems, neurophysiological and motor diseases. He has developed new mechanical alternatives to stimulate and help in physical therapy, as well as brain-computer interfaces that with help of virtual or augmented reality allow complement, and in some cases, replace what is necessary for an indenpendent development of people with some difference within their motor and/or neurophysiological capacities.
